The financial anti-corruption micro-drama "K-Line Growth Story," produced by the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and the Beijing Stock Exchange, was launched on September 8, 2025, on platforms such as Youku, Hongguo, Douyin, and Video Account!

Directed by Ge Wenzhe, starring Chen Long and Mou Xing, with a special appearance by Liu Dongqin, and featuring Wang Ying, Zhi Hong, and Meng Tianlan, the drama is based on real cases from the capital market, showcasing the effectiveness of the financial anti-corruption struggle and paying tribute to the dedication and original intentions of frontline regulators.

"K-Line Growth Story" focuses on the battle between Lin Jianxi (played by Mou Xing), Deputy Director of the Market Supervision Department of the Sunshine Exchange, and his former boss Wang Qilu (played by Chen Long), who left to enter the private sector. In the drama, Wang Qilu colludes with Gao Qiongguang (played by Zhi Hong), the actual controller of a listed company, to manipulate stock prices and commit financial fraud in an attempt to evade regulation and cash out; meanwhile, Lin Jianxi, supported by Xia Lan (played by Wang Ying), the director of the Discipline Inspection Office, meticulously tracks abnormal transactions. Beneath the calm surface, dark currents surge, and as the investigation deepens, a greater conspiracy emerges.

This drama aims to use the screen as a mirror, adapting real cases to the screen. The regulatory and supervisory work shown in the film is based on actual operations, warning financial practitioners, highlighting regulatory power, promoting integrity, and clearing obstacles to escort the healthy development of the capital market.

The film boasts a strong cast, with powerful actors Chen Long, Mou Xing, and Liu Dongqin performing together. Chen Long has appeared in many popular dramas such as "Nirvana in Fire," "The Hunting Ground," and "Blossoms," earning wide recognition for his acting skills; Mou Xing has demonstrated exquisite acting in works like "Extraordinary Police" and "Mirror: Twin Cities"; Liu Dongqin's popularity has soared with dramas such as "Camp for Love," "Love is Delicious," and "Heart Hunter." The three lead actors work in perfect harmony to present the audience with a gripping anti-corruption battle. The plot is tightly woven with suspense, not only revealing the complex struggles in the financial field but also showcasing the wisdom and courage of regulatory personnel, provoking deep reflection on integrity and responsibility among viewers and industry practitioners.

In recent years, the capital market has continued to heat up, with the stock market frequently becoming a hot topic in streets and alleys and often trending on Weibo. China's stock market is dominated by small and medium investors. Financial regulatory agencies have strengthened industry supervision, severely punished illegal activities in the capital market, and have never wavered in their confidence and determination to protect investors' legitimate rights and interests. Currently, the financial sector is deeply engaged in the anti-corruption struggle, practicing and promoting the "Five Dos and Five Don'ts" of Chinese-style financial culture. Regulatory agencies have taken this opportunity to create "K-Line Growth Story," using the popular micro-drama format to vividly portray the regulatory battles, anti-corruption struggles, and human nature conflicts in the capital market through real cases and professional techniques, presenting the "varied lives" entangled by the temptations of interest and regulatory duties to the audience. At the same time, the short drama also indirectly showcases the positive, steadfast, and resilient image of the regulatory iron army. Let's watch how all parties in this human "Asura field" of the capital market use their wits and courage—whether they are swept away by the torrent of interests into irredeemable ruin or hold fast to their original intentions to finally see the dawn—we await with anticipation.
